CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION PREP CLASS

The childbirth education prep class provides expectant parents with a safe and supportive environment to learn about the birthing process and plan for the birth they desire.

This class covers a range of important topics, including nutrition and exercises for a healthy pregnancy, relaxation and breathing techniques, the anatomy and physiology of pregnancy and labor, addressing fears, understanding pain and coping tools, as well as postpartum and breastfeeding preparations.

With a focus on empowering parents to make informed decisions and navigate potential emergency scenarios, this class equips them with the knowledge and confidence needed for a positive birth experience. Attendees can expect a nurturing space for questions and doubts, where they can gain valuable insights and create a personalized birth plan.

POSTPARTUM & LACTATION SUPPORT GROUP

The postpartum & lactation support group provides a nurturing space for new parents to connect, share experiences, and receive guidance from both Lauren and fellow members. This supportive community covers topics like breastfeeding education, optimal positions, and herbal remedies, while addressing health and weight concerns. Whether you have questions, need reassurance, or seek connection, this group offers valuable support during the postpartum period.

The postpartum & lactation prep class is a comprehensive resource for expectant parents, providing them with the essential knowledge and tools to confidently navigate the postpartum period. This interactive class covers a wide range of topics, including newborn care, breastfeeding techniques, understanding baby cues, postpartum recovery, and self-care. With a focus on equipping mothers and their families with a comprehensive postpartum plan, the class addresses important subjects such as baby-proofing your partnership, postpartum depression, sex after birth, breastfeeding, newborn and parent health, common discomforts, and attachment parenting. Through expert guidance, practical demonstrations, and open discussions, this class empowers parents to provide optimal care for themselves and their baby, fostering a smooth and fulfilling transition into parenthood.
